The telephone number 1-833-916-9949 came up listed as a 800 Service. The unknown person a male voice stated that he was my Grandson Michael and had to tell me so****ing bad that he had done. I asked what was his name and he replied Michael. I asked what is your last name to which I received no response. The caller then ***g up. I ask Been Verified to track this number which revealed no person(s) or emails, addresses or identifying indicators. This is harassment and a crime in my opinion. Please track this scam or persons down so they will be brought to justice by the legal system.
