Said they needed my full address to serve papers on me. Had my name n social security number

First they called my cousin house claiming to look for my son saying that their address was the only known address that he had on file then they kept claiming that they were sending someone out to my house basically to arrest him. Then about 3 hours after that call then they called a***n looking for me saying the exact same thing.

That a claim has been made a***nst me and I have 2 hours to call a different number or I will be served with papers.

Threatening legal action and wanted me to give my personal information

Claims to be process server trying to serve papers due to "being sued" spam or collection agency lying. Calls 3 times back to back and calls family members and threatens us that we can "be served" through them. Very annoying and persistent. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION TO THESE SCAMMERS. BLOCK THEM EVEN if they have limited information about you! They are not process servers!!!!

A person said they were a process service company and wanted to confirm my address where I could be served. I declined to share personal information and ***g up. They called back 6 more times. I blocked the number. This is some sort of scam. No way I am being sued by anyone.

trying to locate a family member, i was listed as emergency contact, about a claim filed a***nst her. i asked why she had to call three times back to back instead of leaving a message she said it was a government rule they have to call three times to reach contact. gave me a claim number. maybe its a collection agency?

The caller said they were trying to reach a family member because the family member is being sued. When I asked her name and where she was calling from she told me she was sending authorities to my home at that moment to see if the family member was there. She was very rude. I ***g up on her and she called back 3 times, which I declined the calls and then blocked her.
