I received a call from this number stating that i was under federal investgation for fraud.The person that called me name is Scott Free. He said a federal warrant has been issused for my arrest.

I received a call yes****ay from Arlene Conrad saying I was going to be arrested.  She proceeded to say she wanted to give me an warning and that if I took care of the situation (past due from 2005 that went to collections) within the hour, they would release the warrent.She called me 3 separate times on March 16th, and continued to warn me of the situation.  When I asked specific questions, she stated that she would **** up if I didn't do what was asked.

It was from S****stein and Conrad.
