A woman speaking broken English wanted to sell me an extended warranty on my vehicle. Asked for my husband, then they asked me if I was the "Mrs.". She got mad when I said my husband handled all that and when I asked if she could just send an e-mail. Just sounded sketchy to me...especially since we have just recently extended our warranty!!

These ****py people call every day. WHEN there is an actual person on the other end, they ask for someone who doesn't work here anymore. THEN I get a ******** comment when I tell them that. If you call the number back, a message will tell you they're closed, give the times you should call back, then you realize that they should be open. So basically just a bunch of ****heads.

They called and there was nothing for a long time until they ***g up. 3/7/2014

They've called me several times, I'm usually busy and don't answer, but the one time that I did the guy was all garbled and I ended up ****ing up out of frustration with trying to understand him. The number goes to a business based on the west coast when you call, and immediately transfers to a voicemail that says to call back during business hours (7-4PST), at all hours of the day. Never even rings. They're frustrating as all*****.
