Called claiming legal do***ents needed to be sent to me at my address. Wanted me to call 866-315-0957 & they were just the call center with no info when I pressed for info.

Wanted to serve a Complaint on me for an alleged cc debt charged off 12 years ago that I never had that exempted the SOL because I allegedly signed a " tolling agreement".

Claimed that legal do***ents were going to be filed on a case.

She stated that do***ent have been sent and wanted to know if they where received. And to call this number by the end of the date or they would continue with the civil suit
