This is a fund raising company representing several organizations according to their message. You can call and have your number removed supposedly.

Received call at business from this number asking for owner by "properl" first name (that is a dead giveaway they're trying to sell so****ing) they wouldn't leave a message and ***g up. Tried calling the number back got a recorded message saying the call could not be completed as dialed.

got a call from this number and when I call it back it just says you should dial a one when dialing this number; then it says you can dial this number from your phone.
