They said that they are calling me on behave of IRS to arrest me for an unpaid case. They have a really strong Indian accent.

Obvious scammer who stated IRS was coming to house to arrest for unpaid taxes and to go home and wait for them.

This scammer is posing as the IRS and threatens legal action

I received this call first from an automated system, so i said well lets see what they have to say, told me there was a case number and a warrant for my arrest that I owed a certain amount of money. Then I said that Im disabled and right after they said we are closing the case due to your disability not to have any concerns. ***... if this is a scam how is this allowed. Just Ignore.

He told me I had a warrant out for my arrest. I could tell he was calling from a boiler room. Total s*** bags.

Just got an automated call from the "IRS" that this is the final notice and I'm being sued by the IRS. They asked me to call (843) 534-5758 for more information. I didn't.

My caller id on my phone appeared as IRS Scam. It was a robo message telling me that I must call them back on the agency number 843-534-5758 otherwise I will be sued.

Robotic voice stating you are getting sued by the IRS and need to call them back to give case file information. So poorly done that we had to listen to the whole message for laughs! Seriously, don't call back.

Call from this #, identified as UNKNOWN. They left a voicemail in a very digitized fake voice, saying the IRS is "investigating this case". BS!

IRS is suing me too and they hired Robocop to make calls for them! Here is the exact message from my google voice: Call is to inform you that internal revenue service is filing a lawsuit a***nst you to get more information about this case file. Please call us immediately on our department number at 843-534-5758 I repeat 843-534-5758. Thank you.
