Jacques Dukes is a homeless squatter that goes from one Air bnb to another. He says he's a Commercial diver and gives you the impression that he's working but he's not. Do not ever let him stay pass his Air bnb stay because he will squat at your house and refuse to pay rent. Then he will antagonize you while he's there to get you to do so****ing so he can hold it over your head.
