Scam call.
SCAM I received a recording saying I had a warrant with the IRS. I called this number back and the guy claimed to be an officer at the IRS headquarters saying I had a warrant for not filing taxes in 2011, 2012 2013 and I have not worked since 2006. I knew it was a scam when I heard his accent. I had fun pretending to be afraid and in the end telling him where to and what to do.
