No owner for this number. Called me 9 times August - September. They left no message when I didn't answer. I NEVER ANSWER calls that are not in my Contacts List. If it is a valid call, the caller will leave a message to enable you to return the call. All other calls are bogus or scammers or phishing. This time of year, there are lots of political calls, too.
