The first one was at October 17, 2017 at 11:12 AM (PDT) Message: “"Hello my name is Mark Wallace I'm calling today in regards to a formal complaint that's been filed a***nst one Kelly. If you have any information as to the whereabouts of Kelly Opel, please contact our office immediately at 844-369-8859. A***n that number is 844-369-8859. Our next step will be notified the proper authorities. Thank you." And the second one was at October 18, 2017 at 3:42 PM (PDT). Message: “Hello my name is Mark Wallace I'm calling today in regards to a formal complaint that's been filed a***nst one Kelly. If you have any information as to the whereabouts of Kelly O'Toole, please contact our office immediately at 844-369-8859. A***n that number is 844-369-8859. Our next step will be notified the proper authorities. Thank you." When I “Googled” this number it seems that a lot of individuals are receiving a call from this number using the name “Mark Wallace” as the caller and the same script, just c****ing the name. Definitely a SPAM call
