This is a scam number. They said they represent Microsoft. When asking for payment they only wanted Google Pay Cards in varying amounts. If that doesn't trigger a warning , I don't know what will. By the way, payment is asked for after the service which was not true. They also harass and make many phone calls and demands for the payment. No receipt is ever given showing the service they provide. Avoid at all costs. They will also request permission to service your computer remotely. A TOTAL SCAM.
