Scam
I personally received a very similar message just a month or so ago and looked it up. I called Apple support and they confirmed that (this previous message was also a scam). I asked them what to do and they confirmed that I had already done it by calling them and reporting it.
This is probably a SCAM. Text message regarding a $148.99 subscription from the Apple App Store with an accompanying number to call that did not verify on this site. The English grammar was poor and similar Phishing attempts have been recently reported.
