rec. call and he said he was Shawn from AOL and that my email had been hacked and wanted me to go to my computer so he could guide me thru the process of fixing it I asked for a call back number to verify the validity of his call and he gave me 1-800-93****** ext 114 I I called AOL cust. Ser. and they advised they do not call customers on the phone about hacking I reported this to FTC This caller is a scammer
