Claims to be Mr. Cooper - Received a card in the mail saying "important notice: response needed" with a fake mortgage ID# with my mortgage company name on it. No other identifying information. I suspect its a scam. I do not respond to anything like this and ALWAYS sign into my account directly with the company I pay. This is the second type of notice this week that I have received.
Received a postcard with this phone number on it about a mortgage that I do not have. No company name or other identifying marks are on the postcard.
