Call every other day leaves messages to call them back. Told them (him) to stop calling but they keep doing it. Put a special ring so I don't answer.

Pretend to be US census, left a voicemail to call back
Pretending to be US Census to give them a call, reason unknown.
Called 4 times in 1 day and didn’t leave a message.
Seems to me to be phishing scam
Says United States census Idaho on voice mail left on my phone. I do not live in Idaho nor have any family there to confuse our names.
I received a call from this number. But I am not sure whether it is a legit caller or not.
