And then turn around and ask for my email address a***n. Like they are rubbing it in. How can they do this. Get my information and use it to steal from me

They took money from my bank acct after I signed up to be a member and you have to sign up to get info about a loan. I needed to pay a bill that day but found the cash elsewhere. So I cancelled my acct and emailed them saying so and would they make sure my info was deleted.it was my SS number and bank info. Couple days later I find a charge from them. So I sign back up to get to why the charge 82.50. emailed about 150 times. Then a lady says I am not a member and did not take a loan. I know this so why the charge. I have most all the emails. Then probably 50 more emails I get ,you took out a cash advance of 75$ and that's why the charge. No I didn't I haven't seen no monies and didn't ask for anything from them. So on and on the I get a card in the mail I don't want their service so never activated the card. They will not give me my money they will not talk to me just the bot saying we have received your request a 7 digit number is currently being reviewed by our member success team. W

Huge complaints. They took 82.50 from my account right after signing up. Just signed up but cancelled that evening I noticed the charge and have emailed 150+ times with no resolution. They have all my info or they couldn't got into my account and stole the cash. Right after giving my bank info and they ask s s #. They won't do anything and I have screen****s of everything. It's way to much to post. Over 150+ times guys

I signed up to get a little cash . I realized I didn't like the process I needed the cash right then. So I cancelled my membership after giving all my info. I even asked support to send me so****ing saying it was cancelled. They say I took out a 75$ advance and that's why they took 82.50 from my bank. I did not do such a thing. I have messaged them over 150+ with no resolution to get my money back. I haven't seen nothing from them . I have screen****s of everything all emails. I have gonel and contacted support with repeats and different numbers. I promise I didn't get or take anything but after they got my info they stole my money
