Leave a CommentUPDATE: This number called me a***n today. Same s***ch, that my WhirlpooI dishwasher qualifies for a free heating element upgrade, and wanted to get me scheduled now. I asked a few questions, was told was not a safety issue, was a quality issue. Asked where her paychecks come from, she said Whirlpool. I wanted to verify all this. She said I could call back to schedule after I wanted to do some internet sear****g. ---> I called Whirlpool directly, talked to cust svc, they looked up my dishwasher (which is a ***nd-new KitchenAid), and confirmed that it indeed does have a heating element upgrade (for free) available, as a "Quality Issue". They scheduled me on that call for the heater element replacement. VERDICT: Legitimate.
Automated, recording, call from "Whirlpool" stating I may be eligible for a free upgrade of heating element. Press 1 to speak with a representative. Pressed 1. Listened to older radio hit-song hold music for 3 minutes before ****ing up. Not sure if SPAM or if legitimate. 2021-11-16.
