Leave a CommentI have also received multiple calls and family members have been contacted looking for me. According to Katherine James, they have a case # and I need to call back immediately. They leave same voicemail calls are from different numbers. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!
I get a similar message as the other comment. Sounds like a very broken English-speaking Asian lady, she says my paperwork is being drawn up to be delivered and I have sign for it. If I don't call them back they will come to my place of employment, they also have called my dad to try to get a hold of me. Yet, they never have tried my mom, could because she has a different last name than me. Keep saying legal actions will be taken if the matter isn't resolved. However, I haven't received anything in the mail about it and I have had the same address for 15 years. I also checked my credit history and court records and have no judgments a***nst me. So what do these people expect to get from me, of course, I'm not goinging to answer them.
Caller threatening some kind of legal issues if not contacted. Calls family and friends and leaves very threatening messages.
