Called me & left no message - ***king Spammer!!!

It was a recorded message stating that my credit wasn't in bad standing however to call back and they had options to lower my interest rate. This is not the first time they have called and I am very tired of these types of calls. How do we stop them? Any suggestions?

Offered to lower credit card interest rate. I told them to remove my number automatically ***g up on me.

They wanted to offer me some kind of credit offer since I've been good on making my payments. Kept referring to themselves as "credit services" and ***g up on me when I asked who they were representing.
