I am writing in response to your constant phone calls! Be advised that I am well aware of my rights! For instance, I know that any future contact by you or your company violates the FDCPA and that since you already have my location information, calls made by you or your company to any 3rd party concerning me violates section 805(b)2 of the FDCPA. Be advised that I am keeping accurate records of all correspondence from you and your company, including tape recording all phone calls. If you continue calling me I will pursue all available legal actions to stop you from harassing me and my family. These people have been calling before 8:30 in the morning and after 9:00 at night.  I have no outstanding debt so I am curious as to why they are "****ing up my phone"  Isn't there a law that prohibits these "vultures" from calling at these times?

Receive 8 - 15 calls every day 7 days a week. I will not answer any more. When I did answer I heard a recording, One time a male answered and tried to be threating, I had to **** up on him. If they tried to be civil they may learn so****ing. At this point they could  ********.
