another call @ 1:10PM. does the consumer have any rights? this is harassment. telephone number is fake and not in system.....we, the consumer have no rights?

I received many calls from this so call medical alert center. A Telemakting Scam!

Got a call from John from the shipping department saying that he wants to ship me a medical alert device that has already been paid for. He was pretty insistent. When I questioned him, he switched to a pre-recorded message that said if you already have a medical alert device, please disregard this message.

The caller claims a medical alert system that's been paid for.

I have received over 100 of these calls for the past 6 months. Does anyone no how to make It stop?

ROBO call received many times regarding delivery of medical alert system. MAKE IT STOP!!!!

The guy Identifies himself as John, saying you ordered a Medical Alert system, that's paid for. He then asks you to make delivery arrangements. Definitely a FRAUD, that needs to be STOPPED. He's called me about 10 times.

SPAM- every day they call to deliver so****ing I did not order. They are stealing my time!

They say that they are going to deliver a life alert system which has already been paid for. They will not provide any other information. FRAUD!

my parents received 9 calls in 12 days from this company. despite telling this said company each time that they are on the do not call list.

Just received a call to schedule a delivery for an emergency medical system. None ordered! SCAM

Caller ID had no ID for this number. Caller left no message. Reverse look up indicated a mobile phone from Carmel, New York for company called "RNK Inc." Probably a scam.

This caller was a recording telling me he was scheduling a delivery of my medical alert system. I never ordered one and will not. Definitely a scam.
