I received the same call left on my answering ma****e, this guy had an indian accent, said that we needed to call him back today or legal action was going to be taken a***nst us.

We are getting the same phone calls, and the "gentleman" told us at the end of the consversation to go to*****, I told him that professional debt collectors dont speak to people like that, he used the "f" word a few times, then I finally ***g up on him, we'll see what happens

I got the exact same phone call!! Said his name was Edward Davis from the New York Civil Court, ive had about 5 different people call me from there! All foreign and all have names like Bob Smith, and John, and things like that!! I was going to send them money cause they said I had a payday loan and if i didnt satisfy it I was going to jail for Theft by Deception, Collateral Check Fraud, and So****ing else i couldnt understand.

someone from a forieng country is calling friends and family stating they are tyring to get in touch with me and that i owe a debt.  they are harassing my friends and wanting my number.  they need to cease and desist.
