Repeated computer generated calls--3 in the last 3 hours; no message

Leaves no message.  We are on the do not call list.  Why are they calling my cell number?

This number has been calling me every day for a month leaving a message that they need to speak to me about a friend of mine that put me as a reference on their student loan.  This is disgusting, by doing this I know my friend is behind in payments.  That should not be allowed.  A personal reference is not a co-signor and should not be given such personal information.  They are definitely a collection agency with lousey m****s.

Calls cell left no message, but I know it is from CBE Group Inc. They are a collection agency working for Directv.
