keeps calling - no one speaks

DIDNT LEAVE MESSAGE, CALLED ME 8:45AM. SAYS CALL CAME OUT OF POUGHKIPSIE NY.

Called with incorrect information, ***g up when I pressed for their info.

I've gotten 4 calls from this number in the last 2 days, looking for a 'Victoria', when I tell the person on the other end that no one by that name lives here I either get a sigh, or a "whatever" and they **** up. We've gotten other calls from other people looking for 'Victoria', I don't know who she is, but I wish she'd stop giving out our phone number.

They are a collection agency.  I got a person when I called back.

He said he was Mr. Brown from Houston, Texas. Obviously not from Texas. I looked up the number and it came from a landline near Poughkeepsie, NY. He said he needed to talk to my mom about an "important business issue". He must be some sort of hacker, otherwise he would not have known my mom lived in Houston.

CALLS AND ALL I HEAR IS A SONG AND IT JUST KEEPS PLAYING.

I get a call from this number as well with no message.  Unsure who or why.

This number was on my caller ID and they also called my neighbor looking for me.  they don't leave any messages.

When I call back this number it is for United Recovery Systems.  I****ume it is a collection agency of some kind.

I called this number back and it said it was United Recovery Systems. I held on the line until someone came on the line. Then I ***g up. Maybe later when I am not busy I will call them back and talk to someone to see what they are all about.

I've gotten at least 3 calls from this number.  The first time I answered, no one said anything.  The other 2x it went to VM and no message was left.
