SPAM emails advertising diplomas with this phone number. I keep getting these emails with this phone number.

If I get a fake degree from these people, can they help me get a fake job and fake paycheck to go with it?

Raquel emailed me and said she has a university degree for me, looks like a request for credit card info.....or could be a debt collector snooping in disguise...???

OK People:Upset with John Owens?  I suggest that everyone who has a valid complaint put it in writing to the San Diego DA's office.  I have checked into it, and although it appears that John has kept his alleged rip-offs under the amount for grand theft, If enough people file complaints, the DA can and will press charges for Fraud. It was the phone number in a diploma spam.

This phone number is being used by a diploma mill, and advertised by spam! All spam is LIES & FRAUD! The phone company should refuse to do business with spammers!

Receiving Email about get a degree with this number in the call and leave message. We get enough spam anyway: We do grant degrees, but ours are accredited. Received 500 of these so far.
