Leave a CommentI just got a call from them and they left me a message asking me to call her back. She said she was from RP brides and that me and my fiance had been selected to recieve a bridal package getaway and to contact her for more details. When i looked up this number there were more than just RP brides listed.
(the number on my caller ID was 845-774-8697 it came up as 21st century/RP)However they left a number on my ma****e of 845-782-6759We Called them (not knowing what it was) and they stated that we "won a vacation package and grocery coupons" BUT we would have to listen to a presentation...so I told HER I would call her back after I did some research! Well, I am glad I did!
I just got this same call this afternoon at 5. They told me to call back and I called at 6 and no one picked up. I am really going to report them after reading all of this info. They are a bunch of LOSERS
Just got the call like JOJO above offering the same thingMe and my fiance just went to a Bridal Expo in DC. The ladysname was Jennifer and she said that they pick %10 of the peoplewho enter the drawings. Definitely will not be wasting any time with them
I received a message from Emma at RT Brides callback number was 845-782-6759. I was told I had won a bridal vacation package and a $1000 grocery card. My fiancee and I would just have to attend a 90 min presentation and fill out a survey at the end and we would leave with the prizes. It is supposed to be at the Fairfax/FairOaks Courtyard Hotel in FAirfax VA on Sunday Sept 14th at 4pm. The number for the hotel that Emma gave me to get directions is 703-273-6161. I told my best friend about it because we werte going to go and see what it was about and she said "DONT DO IT, ITS A SCAM!!!" I am so glad I listened to her!
I got a call from a Charmaine a 845-782-6759...I am so thankful for this web site. I was excited but then I googled it and realized it was a scam.
Same thing for me but with an Angela. SCAM... I reported them on that fraud thing above.
Caller said her name was Kayla. Left a voice msg that said "You have won a vacation package and trip from 21st Century RP Brides. We can only hold your prizes for a limiteded(yes that's how she said it) time." Message said to call 631-271-2025 and "Axe for Kayla".....needless to say, I did not call back....
A lady names Latina keeps calling me on this number but says to call her back at 631-271-2025... She says I have won a prize but I have to come pick it up there in New York. I asked if this was a gi**** or what strings did I have to go through to get it and she said nothing. I am not sure I believed her. I said I am glad I read all this from everyone else because I was going to call her back but now I am not. Thanks :)
Make sure you tell them not to call you a***n - to tak you off the list - or you will be getting more calls.I have received 3 calls - so far and have not answered one yet.
I got a call last night while I was at work from the Same company... Century 21 R&P Brides... but the number was completely different... it was 631 271-2025. The lady name was Samantha and said the I won an all exclusive bridal and vacation package... but I needed to call back soon and I would lose it. This morning I called being very leary. No one answered!!!!! Obviously it is a scam... or someone would have answered at 10am!!!
I just got this call and after reading this, I called them back to have my number removed. She asked me for my name first, which I refused to give her. I said just take my number out of your list and when she said she couldn't, I said I would file a complaint and ***g up. This is a total scam and I will find out where to report this. And when I find out who gave them my number, they are going to lose my business. This is absolutely ridiculous!
The nerve to call on my wedding day! Married June 8th and finally, June 20th I relistened to the ****** voicemail and googled the number and here everyone is. Same ****, this chics name was Michelle though and said congratulations and that we won a bridal getaway from Century 21 and Todays Bride. How pathetic.. I was actually in my limo on the way to the reception when I got the call! What scammers....
just got a call from this number, definetly a scam. it is such a shame that all of these companies feel the need to attempt to rip off newly engaged couples as they aer planning their weddings. the lady i spoke to was named adele, they should really be ashamed of themselves. when i asked where she got my number from she said "a local bridal shop", they are obviously located in NY based on their number and i don't even live anywhere near NY. i am rather concerned about who is giving out my info.
I just got a call from them too. I'm glad I looked up the info first. There are several companies listed under this number
I just got a phone call from there too...a woman named Jennifer left a message and asked for me to call her back.
I just got a phone call from Iris. Don't give them any information!
I just received a call from the same "Nicole". She says she's from R & P Bridal. It's obviously a scam. I never registered for anything. My biggest issue is how in the world they got my information. Let's stop this "phone scamming." If they get enough of us calling about it, they'll do so****ing. Call or fill out a scam/fraud form... go to... http://www.fraud.org/info/repoform.htm
I got a call today from Jessica from Today's Bride. She told me how I would win a vacation if I sat in a presentation for one hour. I told her I'd call her back! What is up with this? I got a call a few weeks ago from 21st Century Bride. I want a real trip! I'm glad I googled the number though. This has been great! Has anyone gone to the presentations? I was just curious how they went and what they told you once you got there.
I just received a call and was told if I went to an expo and listened to a 90 minute presentation on wedding stuff, I would receive an all-expense paid trip the the Ba***** or Mexico (3 days, 2 nights). I just had to pay airfare. Not to sure about this. The callers name was Nicole, but I did not get the company...so****ing bridal.
I received a call today from the aforementioned number and the young lady calling was named Dawn. I went a bridal expo last month. I called back and was told she was on another call. I'm glad i decided to google this number and am so greatful for all the ladies that have posted a comment about this. I will not be answering their calls a***n. I can't believe they are preying on newly engaged couples like this...so disappointing.
I got a call the same call from Angel. I went to a bridal expo over the weekend, but definitely didn't sign up for anything from 21st Century & Today's Bride.
I got the same call, but the person leaving the message had the name Donna
Was left a message from "Angela" representing 21st Century & Today's Bride. I apparently was selected for a vacation giveaway.
