They are calling my cell and not leaving a message. Just silence.

They call and there is nothing but silence and they call many times a day and they are calling a cell phone.

I put a message on here last week because this number keeps calling after 8PM everyweek and I called them back to ask who they are and the lady ***g up on me cause I kept asking her who they where and she would say CBE then ***g up and I would call her back and asked a***n and she would say the same thing, she never would tell me what CBE was and she said my name was taken off there list ,I hope so.Where does this complaint go I hope to someone that takes care of it.Thank you

Received a phone call. No message was left.
