I'm tired of the same call about 10 times a week all the time, got to be so****ing to do about it is getting out of control.

Called saying that some place called Cash USA has an affidavit a***nst me -said he was from Central Affidavit Service and they would file suit a***nst me in 24hours.  I told him what they are doing is illegal and I was reporting them - I ***g up and he called back 5 times before finally giving up.  Today's date is 06/21/11.  How do I report them?

Caller says his name is Steve Jones and is very rude.  This person calls repeatedly asayign so****ing about a loan.

I received a call asking me if I knew someone, I said yes but haven't talk to this person in years, they said well this person took out a loan and put you down as a reference and said if I did not contact this person I would have a law suit a***nst me and I would have to pay this loan. I never heard of these people and they never contacted me and I did not sign anything. I told him (indian type person) that I could not be responsible if I did not sign anything. He said well it is not my problem, and I said go ahead and sue me because you will be right there beside me with a suit a***nst you for allowing someone to use my name without permission. This person was so rude so I ask for a supervisor and he put me on hold for a minute and then c****ed his voice and act like a different person, was the same person so I ask for someone else and he ***g up on me. I want to know who these people are so I can file suit a***nst them. They have called me three times since then.

Got a phonecall asking for a person whose name I never heard of.  I told them they had the wrong number but continued to insist that they did not.  I explained that I've owned the same phone number for 7 years.  The person calling me had a thick Indian accent, claiming that his name was Steve Jones.  He kept wanting to ask me questions, but would not provide the name of his company, nor a call-back number.

Got several calls from this number saying that I owed on a pay day loan from 3 years ago.  Wanted $350 right now to fix it.  Said they would black list my SS#, very rude.  Asked for super, ***g up.

got a phone call sayin i owe a loan and going to have me arrested with in the hour saying they are cash usa and that I need to pay them quickly to prevent going to jail. They say I owe them 140 but to pay them 300 and they c****e their name and when you ask for a super visor they put you on hold and c****e their voice.
