It's a scam, don't fall for it. I always ask them to call me back on my other phone line and then give him the number to our local sheriff department, hopefully they will catch this ****.
This phone number is related the Teamviewer scam where people call and try to get you to give someone access to your computer so they can scam you to fix viruses they do not exist or they put on themselves. They will also create a back door account to ensure they have access w/o your permission. You will be required to pay with credit card to get your "viruses" cleaned. Don't fall for this! Do not run Teamviewer and grant access!!! (Teamviewer is not at fault but it is a vehicle for many scams).
