First off I want to point out that that this is my real name and their product ****S I have had it in my home for four years and they never call you back they never keep appointments.We were informed that it DONT help in just makes our water very salty.So to the person that stated that they were from Artesian Waters you can kiss my back side because you guys ****.Maybe if youd stay in one place you be held accountable for your actions but no you jump around because you know you are wanted by ALL that you have *****ed over you are nothing but a chicken. Artisain Waters is definatly a scam. DON'T FALL FOR IT. We financed this water system for about 4,000.00 We had this thing for 2yrs. and wanted to move. We were just going to disconnect and reinstall this system ourselves, but the company said they had to have one of their technicians come out and disconnect everything and store it in their warehouse and if we don't have them disconnect it then we would loose our warrenty with them. So we had them come out to our home and disconnect it. The day we closed on our home we ran into problems that held up our closing for an hour more at the closing table. They had a lean put on our home. although we NEVER AND i MEAN NEVER missed a payment. We were so p***** off it wasn't even funny.So anyway we finally got ahold of the company and they had to fax over a sheet releasing the lease they put on our home. After all said and done we moved into our NEW home.We called Artisan waters to set up a day for them to come out and reconnect our water softner up. They made several appointments with us and cancelled them everytime and a few of the appointments they no showed. By the 4th time of them cancelling the appointments with us I called and ***ody would answer. I left several messages and still no call back. My fiance did the same and still no calls back. When we first moved in to our home, I mailed them a reinstallment check to have them come and reinstall the water softner. They told us it was 375.00, and we were a***n ****ed, we complained about that fee because a***n we thought we got one FREE move, thats what the sales guy told us 2yrs ago. They dropped the fee to 150.00. I pd that when we first moved in to make sure they would come out asap and reinstall it. Well it's been 4 MONTHS NOW AND WE STILL DON'T HAVE THIS THING!!!!! NO CALLS BAC**** AND STILL OWE 4,000. The finace company won't do anything either!!

Artesian Water is a rip off .We got a softer from them and it's horrible we use like 5-6 bags of salt a week and then there is still not enough soft water.They lied about the payment plan.Everything they said is a lie. I am so stressed over this ,The biggest mistake I have ever made .I am stuck with a $4000.00 softer that is a peice of S- - - !!I was better off with my sears unit gave more soft water then a $4000.oo softer which I thought should run better then a $600.00 unit. They come and check the unit and say that there is nothing wrong with the unit .Such a terrible thing to do to people during these bad times.I will be getting another opinion on this unit .And if they say that the unit is fine I will be the first to post yes I was wrong, But for now DO NOT BUY FROM ARTESIAN !!!

I have firsthand experience with this company. AW refers to a company called "Artesian Water," who sells water filtration systems to home owners. They'll come and do "tests" on your tap water and compare it to their filtered water to sell you the pricey system. In exc****e for referral names, they promise a "gift" in the way of a gas card or whatever. After three years and dozens of phone calls, they have still not delivered on the "gift." Yes, it's a scam to get you to buy, but good luck on getting anything from them....

I have received 10 calls in 2 minutes from (847)888-1894. That was just today. You check CID and there are numerous calls from this name & Number. I am on the do not call list. I am going to file a police report. They must be stopped.

I'm yet another one of the lucky people who receives these calls (endlessly - and from different numbers every time) This message is going out to Cheif - The National Do Not Call registry is supposed to eliminate telemarketers from calling and soliciting sales for products that nine times out of ten most people never need, and if they did, they'd probably take the initiative and actually pick up a phone book or go google the business name they cared to contact. If AW Water Testing is on the receiving side of a nice lawsuit by the government for violating the privacy of people who have explicitly sought out the protection of the government bodies and asked NOT to be contacted every flipping night (after you've actually spoken with someone and said you're not interested multiple times - yes sometimes they do pick up the phone and you can speak with a human there) - let me say that I for one will NOT BE SAD ONE BIT. Laws are there to protect the so called innocent. Trying to rationalize why you worked for a schmucky firm in a forum with people that have this much bile built up becaused they've violated the personal sanc***y of their homes is downright disrepectful. I believe in forgiveness, but there is no mercy on earth for those that choose to pursue the ****** path. A higher power will have to help you sleep at night. This number belongs to cso****ing called Jeffery House. It's listed as being in Hoffman Estates. There is a Jerrery House Veterinary Clinic that has this number listed and also has other numbers with 847-310-****. Calls until 10PM no answer. No message.

The company has called 15 times in one night. They even called s late as 10:00 pm. When I answered the phone the other end was a ring tone, and never went to anything else. Very anoying company, I wouldnt use them even if they were selling a good product.

I got three calls this morning ALONE, not including the 4 I got yes****ay. I am also on the national do not call list and have asked SEVERAL times to be removed from their list. Call the Schamburg Chamber of Commerce to let them know that Artesian is claiming to be a member. Cheif? Yeah okay. Anyway these people have been harrassing me for the last several days. At first we told them "no thank you, we aren't interested" and then the calls kept coming so we said "no, thanks, please remove us from your call list we are on the national do not call registry" and the calls still keep coming so we will now be filing complaints of harrassment with the local police, the states attorney's office as well as the Do Not Call registry. I am also taking steps to block all of their phone numbers that are calling us through our phone service provider (we can block up to 12 numbers with Comcast).

Normally a well trained rep will disposition this call according to the results, If you werent a s***by arrogant meatheaded **** without the decency to say" no thanks, and would you please remove me from that calling list" im sorry to say it, but a few reps in any business really dont care and will most likely not do so if you were rude to them. Im not condoning this act but I am simply stating a fact. To be even more brutally honest with you, in this feild there is a fairly high turn around when it comes to employment in ANY sales office, commission based sales is NOT for everyone, if you are not producing you are OUT within a few weeks, that is just how it is. Most companies with a sales force of over 20 reps simply does not have the time to babysit every single phone call made by every single rep, 20 reps in 4 hours at a rate of lets say 25 calls each per hour is 2000 calls, out of those 20 reps i must admit 8-10 of them are noobies just learning the feild and arent really focusing on the dispositioning aspect of the sale as opposed to their "pitch" or what have you. BTW, im just some guy thats been in every aspect of sales for a long time, Ive been in media, advertising, publishing,recruiting,direct sales,inside outside sales, internet marketing, you name it, and yes in my youth i was one of those horrible obnoxious telemarketers that even i despise from time to time. I benefit in no way shape or form from typing here, I just wanted to inform you guys and give some inside info that might just make you a little wiser or more informed in the ways of sales reps calling you at home. They mean you no harm, they are not out to get you, you just may not realize whilst you are eating dinner exactly what happens in the chain up to the time your phone rings mid-bite. Ok let me****ist you, I have worked in a few Sales offices before and can try to offer some advice. Coincidently I HAVE worked for this very office and can try to calm some of you down, to a point. Relax, yes telemarketers are a common annoyance, up their with ****py drivers, and meter maids, and jehovahs witnesses, its a fundamental of life in the city, and wether you like it or not it keeps the economy going, so **** it up like the 5 million others that DID NOT post up here fearing that the telemarketers Gods are going to steal your iden***y or what have you. Welcome to America where most deals are done over the phone at some point or another.... 1 Plain and simple, this company tests water for homeowners with concerns regarding their regular tap water, 50% of the homes *****d truly have the need for purification due to particles and unneeded chemicals in their water. This is the true honest intent of the company, there is no scam involved. They do use a few ****ods that can be deemed questionable or beat-around the-bushish, but id put money on the fact that somewhere along the lines of life, you dear reader, have bought or sold SO****ING in your time, and someone in the situation used a questionable ****od to do so, so really, dont blame everything on telemarketers, yea its inconveinient, but if you simply dont recognize the number, just dont pick it up, if it IS important they will leave message! They DO sell a good product and offer a legit service to people that truly benefit from its use. The problem a majority of these people are complaining about is the phone calls that keep coming, allow me to try to explain. All companies that utilize "telemarketing" as a sales tool usually have a variety of phone systems that call their "leads" (this means you)this company in particular uses what is called a "predictive" dialing system. There is a database that they pay for,from a popular lead originating company, mainly new homeowners in older homes is what they pay for, but unfortunately for YOU and the water company, the company selling them these leads are in fact sending them a database of probably 30 percent new homeowners, and the rest are just **** numbers in the chosen demographics straight out of any phone book.The true criminals you are looking for are the companies that sell your numbers to legit companies paying for the numbers of qualified interested people that can actually use a good whole house water purification system! The Dialing system now filled with these numbers, is supposed to dial each and every one of them in sequence usually 5 at a timefor efficeincy, and allows approx 3-5 rings until it ****s up and moves on to the next numbers. Unfortunately for those of you who keep getting "***g up on" there may only be 1-3 represen***ives on the phone waiting to be connected to a****ential client,therefore when you pick up your phone on either the 4-5th ring, or all of the represen***ives are on the phone as you pick up and the auto dialer is still dialing numbers, you will be disconnected immediately. At that point the computer "remembers' that your number was picked up on. The computer then calls the numbers still in sequence and now re-adds your number to be called a***n shortly, because it "knows" you are home lol. Secondly, say you picked up the phone and spoke to a represen***ive and either accepted or declined the free water test. The represen***ive now has a few options based on the results of the call. They press on their dialpad a sequence of numbers to "disposition" the last called number. Eg, NOT INTERESTED, ANSWERING MA****E, SALE, DO NOT CALL, ETC. Continued...

I use to work for this company the biggest fraud ever they never paid me and fired people within a week if did not make any sales every day we had at least five new People s**** and for every 5 hired 10 People fired!
