Call comes in as Intersection In on caller ID. They call several times a day, all the way up till 10 p.m. Answered it a couple of times and heard them **** up. They never leave a message either. We are on the do not call list too.

Intersection In has been calling my home. They have been calling almost 10 times a day, from 7 am until 9pm. Today, I finally answered the phone and I said*****o three time, and that's when the person on the other line finally answered (female with an older voice). And when I asked who is she working for, I did not hear any response, sounded she was covering her headset mouthpiece.

They call 5-6 times a day and there is never anyone on the other end.

They said they will be sending us our credit report

Calls 3-4 times a day. They answered once and they are selling insurance. I told them I was not interested and to take my number off their calling list. It lasted about 20 days and now they are calling a***n. Next time answer the phone but don't say anything, this stops it for a while.

They are an insurance company hired out by your mortage company. If you call the number back you will be able to speak to someone and have your phone number removed. It doesn't work if you answer the phone and tell them you have to call them back.

I finally got someone that said so****ing when I picked up the phone! Caller ID number is 10847-368-7295. She said she was from Global Contact Services and she got my number from GMAC mortgage. She was selling life insurance. She gave me a company name but said it too fast but I got the phone number 1-800-21-2617. I asked to not be called a***n. She said it would take up to 30 days to be removed. The only positive thing I can say is that the lady seemed nice and cooperative. I guess I'll see if my request worked.

I also receive calls several times a day from this number. If I pick up, no one is there. Does logging a complaint here do any good, or is it just a place to log complaints?

They continue to call and try to sell us insurance even after we decline & ask them to cease their calls. Just like the other posters, it is CitiMortage that has apparently sold them our names. I plan to send a certified letter to CitiMortgage to prohibit them from doing sharing our info and maybe, just maybe, these calls will at least decrease in number. Also saw on another site that the company is Chartered Marketing.

I got a call Sa****ay morning with no one on the line.I called back & got recording of Charter Marketing, they're closed, and their hours are Mon-Fri 7am-8pm. Thank you. Then it ****s up.I've heard some auto dialers call to see if anyone answers, then these numbers are collected for later calls from telemarketers.I just filed a complaint with the Do Not Call registry athttps://www.donotcall.gov/These people should be prosecuted.

I have asked them twice to stop calling. It has been more than 30 days since I originally asked and they are still calling! They said they are calling behalf of CitiMortgage to sell me some warranty. How do I get to actually stop?

Requested this caller to stop calling two weeks ago and I'm still getting calls. She responded that it takes up to 30 days to take effect if you request to be put on their do-not-call list. Said they are soliciting me because my mortgage company "CitiMortgage" is behind it.

looking on other sites, this company has nothing to do with citimortgage and is a scam.  Checking into it further...

This is a CitiMortgage Insurance call.  I asked to have my name removed from the calling list and they quickly ***g up with no reply.

They call and I don't answer.  I called the number back a few minutes after they called and got a recording.  The recording said Charter Marketing and gave their business hours.
