Closing out a retirement benefits account. I was expecting this call due to a recent ***** in the family!

Nothing. just keeps calling

This was Not a spam caller, it was my companies HR Service Center. They left me a voice mail, with a call back number (legit number) and told me my retirement forms were ready for me to review in my Secure mailbox on our work website. This was a legit phone call.

They asked my name, then after a long pause, they said they were locked out and could they have me **** up and they would call back . I said "Yes" and ***g up.

Caller left a message regarding a pension case that needed to be closed. It was a legit number.

I called HR and call dropped, HR called me back from this number

This is not a scam call at all. This is the *****ntial HR Service Center's outbound call number. It is only used for outbound calls so if you want to call back then call 1-800-PRU-EASY (800-778-3279). It is most likely someone trying to get ahold of you to help with so****ing you initiated. Like retirement, *****, or inquiry of *****ntial related benefits.

Claims I called and requested records regarding pay stubs, but my requested mailing address was incorrect.

Somehow this number was sharing my location!!! I don't know who this is or how they got my number but they have been ****ing up my phone for the last week. If I hadn't lost my watch and used the find my app I would probably still be sharing my location with them! SCARY!!
