i called to settle for original amt.of debt &they wanted 3xs the amt.so i said i cant afford that &asked to s***d up the process &just gt a court date but they just gt confused &said they dnt do that & would call me bk .*** so if u dnt want my money when im tryin to settle then stop callin about the out rageous amt.&if u cnt give me a court a date &im sure when we go to court youl gt what i offered to begin with.smh

I have spoken to different people of this company and have inform them that no one by that name lives here nor have they ever lived here or had this number for it has been my number for the last 18 years.  I can hardly understand the persons name you ask for,  but it sounds like Shannon Lilac.My number is: 630-357-3238

they call several times a week. they have the wrong number and yet continue to call me and harass me

The calls from this number came frequently. When I called back I got an automated response. This collection agency was attempting to collect on a Capital 1 debt of just over $2,000.  I paid this credit card bill in full the first week of February 2009.  The calls ceased.  Over a month later I received a summons by means of a sheriff pounding loudly on my condo door on a Sunday night while my elderly parents babysat for my newborn daughter.  It was for the debt I had paid over a month earlier.  When I called about this a Blitt and ***nes rep confirmed that the case had been dismissed.  The rep laughed and said "the process" for collection had been set in motion before I made my payment and another fee would be due. Why should law abiding citizens in America be treated like criminals for debts they've already paid?

They call my home and never say how it is for theydo not say what it is about.Sometimes they call two or three times a day.I have called them back and because I will not tell them how I am they just **** up.

I had the worse time with Blitt & ***nes. 1st I was laid off from the mortgage industry and ******* find a job.. I had to relocate to another state. I sent Blitt & ***ns a letter informing them of this. The filed a complaint and I had jsut s****ed working 1 week before I was served. I called them immediately and spoke with a representative (i can't remember his name) and explained that I wanted to pay them and if they would give me two weeks I would s**** making lump some payments. He agreed to the terms. I made the first payment two weeks later and when it came time to make the following payment, I missed the cut off time for fed ex and it reached them the 1 day late. Well sure enough the day it didn't make it there i got one of those calls from good OLE Blitt & ***nes. And the phone of course ***g up. I called right back and reveived "Fabian". I explianed my situation (once a***n). So he asked me if I was going to pay them the money. I told him I had made arrangements and he shoudl look in the system. He replied by telling me he would jsut see me in court. and ***g up. I called irhgt back and continued to get him... after the 3rd time of him ****ing up on me.. He stold me if I didn't stop calling he was going to call teh police on me. I told him to please do it. That he called me first... after he ***g up a***n, I finally called back and got anotehr rep who I asked to speak with a supervisor. I reached Ms. Stephanie Lenzie. Who was nice in teh beginning to work with. After explaining to her that I had worked inteh legal arena as well as been a regulator for a state, I well knew the FDCA (fair debt collections act) and that they were in volation. She applogized and****ured me it wouldn't happen a***n. Well it happened with him a***n, with Steven, and eventually, I had to file a complaint with the atty general, Fed Government, ARDC, and I actually sent complaint letters to the home of Mr. Blitt & Ms. ***nes. What do they want.  I am tired of them calling.  They call all hours of the day and they even called at 8am

Left a message but could not understand the peron...Call during the day but they never leave a message

calls sometimes twice a day i actually just got a call...wondered who it was and it led me here tells me that they need to speak to me leaves a call back ## and that's the end of the message

Recieved call at work from Blitt & ***nes, not identifying what they were calling for, just wanting to verify name, address, phone number and social security number(which I did not give them), then said they would try to find my file and call me back. I recieved a summons shortly there after and then the phone calls s****ed two and three times a day.

I answered the phone and all was said "This is a call for" and that's it.  Have no idea who it is.

the ara a scam offices the by old contract  with out proof  and traing to collet money  from any one that fall for thair schime  e use schera  tactic  ???but as i said before the are a bunch of****OS with a capital SSS

I have gotten calls from this number for about a year now and they never send me information on what debt they say i owe.

this****os colled many times but no *****ges  will file a complain with the state at***** of illinois this should stop them

They call about 2 times a day w/ some automated system. I called them today. They are some law firm in Cook county. I just ***g up....

At least twice a day, very strange message. You tell me who the heck you are, or I do not call you back! They are calling my cell phone!

called 3 times already and never leaves a message but says they are calling for....and then nothing. makes no sense, I just want them to stop calling.
