I too just received a call from this number.  When I answered no one responded and when I called it back I get "you have reached a number that is no longer in service...".    Who can we contact to find out how a not in service number can make calls?

someone from this number called today, listed as coming from Elk Grove Village.  When I answered, a man asked, "is this Mrs. (my last name)" and I asked who was calling and they ***g up.  I tried calling back and same thing....this number is no longer in service.    I will be forwarding info and advise that we all do the same to the state attorney and have them investigate.  How could they be calling and yet have the recording state that the number is no longer in service.  I wish I could do that to this ****.

Constantly calling most of the time when I answer they **** up - when they do talk they are doing a survey about water, when I asked what company is doing the survey they **** up.  When I call back the number is out of service.  I say we give them bogus info for their "survey" set up a appt to have our water *****d.  Then when they arrrive for the "testing" have an officer there to get the info or just get the info ourselves and report the company plus waste THEIR time and $$ when they arrive because there's no way they're going to get a sale

I have repeatedly received calls from this number stating they are doing a survey and begin by asking if we have well water - when I ask who is doing this survey they **** up.  When I try to call this number back I get a recording saying the number is not in use.  Caller Id says "elk grove village"

Got calls foam this number. No one talking, and if I call back did not go through. How can we report them?

Calls but leaves no message. We are on do not call list but the calls still keep coming.

Caller ID:  Illinois Call.  847-437-4971Same thing as all the above comments.  I have already reported this to the Do Not Call List but these calls still keep coming at all hours but especially in the evening.

Been getting calls from this number a few times a week, no one there if I answer.  Goes to busy signal.  IF you call the number back, you get a "This number is no longer in service" message.  It MIGHT be a case of s****ed caller id, but it seems there is no reason for the call, 'cause no one ever says anything if you answer it. If inclined to be paranoid, there is a SLIGHT possibility this is how someone could be "casing" your house to see if you are home, using a s****ed caller id. I rate that possibility pretty low, but for the conspi**** theorists and other everyday paranoid types, it should at least be mentioned.
