This company called my daughter about a car her ex husband did not pay on. My daughter told her that she is no longer married to him and does not know where he is or where the car is. They threatened her with legal action a***nst her. My daughter contacted her attorney who told her that they have no right to bring any action a***nst her, the car loan was in her ex husbands name, not hers. They keep calling her, she and her attorney are taking legal action a***nst them.

A car repo company. They call and pretend they are looking for some other person when they are looking for you. Very sneaky. If you get a call from these people report them to the States Attorney's office in your state for misrepresenting and deceptive practice.

Well this message may be old but these people just called me TODAY, FEB 18, 2011.  First, they asked if they were speaking to me, USING MY NAME.  Then they flat out said, "I am Investigator Jennfer.  Can you tell me if you have ever seen a 2005 Dodge Magnum in the parking lot of your apartment complex?"  I said, "Are you the police?"  She said, "No, we are a private investigator."  I said, "How the %$#^ did you get my phone number?"  She ***g up.

That information is very old, from 2001.....  W***ver wrote it is a bit behind...

I know about these guy’s, only because I goggled the name the investigator left my husband when he called,(MVINTEL)  and three days later the door bell rang and I was served.  We lost both our plan and the Holliday Rambler.    I guess you can say they are investigators because they found the  plan we were storing on our land in Montana, the one I put into trust years ago, the one my financial planner said would be completely safe.  I do not know how they did that, but they did.  We were not attempting to hide it, we were just hit so hard by this economy,  we just needed more time.

If you get a call from this company you'd better call them back.  I read the comments online first from this number saying it was a repo company.  I made the mistake of trying to avoid them.  My bad.  They are much more than a repo company.  Didn't realize the charges for withholding property and trying to hide the car.  Thought it was only a debt and i could avoid them.  Cost me 10x more now with legal feels and charges for withholding.  Don't be ****** like I was.  They are licensed & legit.

I CALLED THAT NUMBER BUT THEY WERE LOOKING FOR THE PREVIOUS TENANT BECAUSE HE DID NOT PAY HIS CAR PAYMENTS AND HAD A TICKET FOR RED LIGHT VIOLATION IT WAS NOT REGARDING ME THEY ARE INVESTIGATORS HOWEVER YOU MUST MAKE SURE IT IS NOT REAGARDING YOU.

A card was left on the door of my home with a 877-701-3174 so I called it & it took a while for them to answer they had hold music what is really was they were tracing the call because after he claimed he was from consumer affairs I ***g up & he called back from a 847-485-2300 so I called Lisa Madigans office who****ured me it was not them.
