Can't take it anymore! Same thing for me 3 calls a day as late as 8:45pm! How in the heck do we stop them from calling?

This number calls at least 3 times per day. Cannot call back because it's always busy. They never leave a voicemail either. This is very obnoxious!!

I received a call but when I answer the line automatically cuts off. When I try calling it back, all i hear is a beeping noise. Not sure if someone is trying to fax to my number??? I have been getting these calls for a few days now.
