Have been threatening our company and us personally.  Has made numerous calls to us.  They arethreatening us personally and as a company with lawsuits etc.

This phony has called me to collect an amount that was never comitted to for a product never ordered by a business that has benn closed for over four years. If this is another ambulance chaser , I hope the proper authori***es get his iicense dis-barred before he causes someone to find him physically.

Mark Silverman a person from a collection agency called.  I did some checking and it belongs to an agency in Hoffman Estates, IL.  They are harassing me and my wife. They have threatening tatics.

It's a collection agency, passing itself off as a law firm. You may have an outstanding debt and they are trying to intimidate you into paying off the debt, regardless of the cir***stances that may have caused you to get to this point. I would contact a lawyer to find out your rights. They are schmucks trying to use scare tactics, don't take it!
