Every time this number calls and leaves a message at all hours of the day/night it is in Spanish.

Calls my 11 year old's phone on a daily basis and leaves prereorded messages in Spanish. Try to call back but rings busy.

Everytime this number calls my cell phone they say also" I didn't hear a beep"

Not sure who this is but every time this same guy leaves a message that says "I didn't hear a beep" and then he ****s up.  I try to call the number back but every time I either get a busy signal or I get a message that says "due to events beyond our control, your call cannot be completed at this time; please try your call later."
