This person spoke broken English. I couldn't understand them. I asked for someone who spoke better English and they hung up.

Caller ID says Roger Whitaker, several calls a day but when I answer they never say anything. They act like pranksters, I now have blocked their calls.

Says they are a medical compensation and want to pay you money on a claim. I never have had a claim and they are foreign with broken english

This number called and represented themselves as a state health department. They couldn't speak English well and when I told them to take me off the call list they asked "Are you stupid". This place is being reported to my state Attny general and if they contact you I suggest you so the same!
