called several times to work. 1st time it was a lady saying she was with the FCC and needed to verify the address and wanted the full name to a manager. told her to address the letter to dept mgr. said she couldn't do that. Kept saying she needed the name. Didn't give it to her and ***g up.2nd time a guy called back and said he was with fedex! and they had a package that was returned to them and wanted to verify the dept. manager's name. ***g up when i asked for the shippers name and address and told him how can he say he's with fedex when the caller id says the listener gr. he said they used them as their dialing service.
