Absolute criminal operation.  If they call a***n, ask to speak with their compliance officer and their mailing address.  Legitimate companies are required to and know that they must provide this.  These guys ***g up the second you tell them they are violating federal and state laws and request this information from them.

Same deal. They can never*****ounce my name, and it's always about my friend, who they're suing, along with myself, in AZ court, and if I don't give them $**x.00 now, I'll have to appear in court TOMORROW, with no written notification, in AZ, (I'm from the east coast) with my friend, for a payday loan she allegedly took out and didn't repay. Payday loans are illegal in AZ, he claimed I owed money for being a REFERENCE, not even a cosigner, and my friend never took a loan. I've been getting these calls for 2 years. Reported them to the Federal Trade Commission, and still being called. FTC says they're likely calling from overseas rerouting the call through this number, and to disregard them, because if they're not in the U.S. they can't do anything to stop them.

Yelling and Scrreaming that they are some legal department and I am going to be arrested!!!!  They gave me my social security number wanting me to confirm it.  Foreign accent, I could not even understand the guy needless to say I did not confirm anything and just ***g up.  I have received at least 10 calls from them always making threats.

I received a  call for my husband, "Steve Martin" kept yelling that if I didn't have him call he would see us in court, he would not say why and contiuned to ask me to confirm personal information and if I could make financial decisions on his behalf. I asked for paperwork regarding the case to be sent and he stated it would be sent to his employer as a subpena. the number coems up as a telecom business in Tallahassee but the number gave to call back is a washington DC number.
