I am getting these too, I do not have any cell phone debts so I dont have a clue wht they want from me? I get them from 2962 and 2963 at least twice a day and they never leave a message!!! its really s****ing to annoy the **** out of me!

I keep getting calls from this number and also -2961.  All are automated and ask to confirm iden***y of someone I do not know or press "2" if it is not the correct person.  I am worried about responding by pressing "2" if it is a scam or so****ing.  Has anyone responded to this number and if so, what was the outcome?  I am getting calls once or twice daily and it is very annoying!  Thanks.
