Received two calls on the same day stating "final" notice, IRS was "suing" me. I didn't return the call.

They said I was being sued by the irs, and when I called back an indian man asked me for my name, so he could "pull" my file, I said if your the irs and called me you should have my name already since you have my number....they ***g up. I smell a scam.....

Says they are from IRS but of course the IRS will never call me without sending a mailer first.

Received a recorded message from this number saying that this was a final notice and that the IRS was filing a law suit a***nst me and to call them for more information. This is a scam. The IRS will not call you regarding anything of this nature. They will contact you by mail and if you were really being sued you would be served papers, in person, by a process server.
