I called the number to see what company they were calling from and they refused to answer me until I told them who had called me. I said I would not identify myself until they told me who they were and the person passed me to their manager. I wasn't even placed on hold. They just put the phone down and disappeared, then a man named David came to the phone. refusing to answer who they were.

Claimed they were going to automatically deduct 6800 to renew a service if I did not call back. They said they would****ume a renewal.
