Recieved call from an individual, with a foreign accent difficult to understand. When I asked what he wanted he said he would **** me , and then began to name family members that he would also ****. This occurred 1-12-2011 at 3:36 pm. Lynn Haven Police Haven been notified.

This person has called me before saying that I owe on a payday loan with cash net and cash advance mutual. Stating his name is Frank Murphy law attorney. That there federal charges are being brought to me for not paying a loan I never applied or had before. I had a similar call like this from a claudia jones. Its very su****ious because they all have a Hindu ( India) accent. I know because I'm from NYC. They are scamming people to believe they owe money so you can send them money. I know for a fact I don't owe any payday loans. And for sure not a online company. So everyone beware they are using a cellular pre paid phone because I tracked the number and had my personal attorney investigate.
