I've already filed a formal complaint at the FCC website, but I want to report anywhere else that I CAN report it:When I answered the phone, the first thing I heard was a recorded message, a lady's voice calling about ". . . reducing the percentage interest on your loan. Press 1 to speak with a customer service representative." Usually I just **** up, but out of curiosity I pressed 1 and got a man on the phone. When I said to him, "Which account is this in reference to?" he responded: "Guess!" I told him I didn't have time for this nonsense, and that if he doesn't tell me right now, I'm ****ing up. To which HE responded: "So **** up" SO annoying! And I'm already signed up on the Federal "Do Not Call" list, so how are these people getting through?! Of course when I tried calling the number back, I got "850-648-6744 has been disconnected and is no longer in service."

They are asking me for credit card info and then ****ing up!!

I have just reported the SCAMMERS to the FCC. You should do the same online. It's simple and well worth the time!!
