Although Bluetooth malware might be a real risk, I'm pretty sure you can't get a virus by answering a call.

If you get a call fro 3001 on a smart phone with bluetooth DO NOT answer, viruses created by "atta-boys" (people who do it for pats on the back) generally go after w***ver gives them the biggest response, with smart phones on the rise of popularity they are becoming popular targets.  They have now created viruses in the form of bluetooth and phone calls, what it means is that there is someone within your direct perimeter with the virus on their phone and the virus is trying to get you.  just don't answer it and move out of the area.

Im sick of this. I am on the "do not call list". I emailed my # for some apartment listing to call me, i then s****ed getting these calls from both this # and the 916-403-0518 #. Who can we report them to? I get anywhere from two to 12 calls an hour...its ****ing my battery and ****ing me off. I have my phone out at work for emergencies but i dont want my boss to think im playing around. PLEASE HELP!!!!

CID unknown name! Call more than 4 times a day along with my other unknown calls and that's all my phone does is ring off the wall! I don't want no telemarkerters calling me! If I want there service I'll call them!

JEEZE I'm tired of these guys that KEEP violating the No-Call-List.  I think they ought to be SHUT-DOWN, not just fined for their *****, low-down, underhanded practices!!!Here's one to add for everyone:I got not one, but FOUR calls in maybe 3 hours from: (850)-724-3001.  The *****, sits on my ma****e saying "Hello Brian, uh Brian. . ."  THEN he pauses for a few seconds then ****s up.If you try calling that # back, it of course says: "The number you have dialed is disconnected or is no longer in service".Report anyone that's violating YOUR "No-Call-List" whether it be your State &/or if you're on the Federal one, to the F.C.C. & anyone else you think will listen!We gotta' stop these *******s.-Lone Wolf

**** up calls

This is a call from an internet business "get rich quick" scheme.  The only way to get these people off of the phone is to either accept their proposal (which will cost you money) or to **** up on them.  They are very persistent, and do not know the meaning of the words "leave me alone".

Nusiance auto dialer to my cell#.  Calls 3-4 times per day but they do not leave a message nor respond.
