They called my grandmother said i was going to have charges filed 11 am tomorrow guess ill find out

They told me that I needed to get a criminal defense attorney as they would be filing felony fraudulent checks to an advance check agency. They told me I had to pay 1800 by 11 am the next day. They wouldn't give me anymore information so I called the local advance check agency and their collection company and found it was a scam!!

Calls and states they will file a warrant for your arrest by tomorrow at 11am unless you send them 1800 dollars... wow .. they were really good until I called the FTC and found out the laws..

Threatened to have my granddad arresting if he didn't pay $900 plus dollars by next day for a debt that was not his. He doesn't write checks and hasn't written checks in over 20 years but the debt was for a bad check 3 years ago...They should be ashamed.
