Called and said he was calling about a property

Asking to buy my house, and then sent a text after leaving a voicemail, asking for a call back to buy my house.

Said he was calling about my property and gave my address. I asked who he was with because I didn't call and leave a msg to call me back. He said no it was a cold call. I told him I'm on the national and state do not call list so don't call me a***n and ***g up

Did I want to sell my house.

Said he wanted to buy my house. Then texted me about it.

Keep calling asking if I want to sell my house.
